About EKS

EKS is a slow fashion label born in New Orleans and rooted in the ecstatic.

Named in part for the existentialist term ekstatic, meaning “outside oneself,” we design for bodies in motion, contradictions in tension, and lives lived with intention.

Each collection is a meditation on sensuality, impermanence, and the everyday sublime. We specialize in stretch cotton essentials, limited-run garments, and collaborative editorials that blur the line between art and wardrobe.

All pieces are produced in-house or with a small network of local craftspeople, honoring time, materials, and the body. Our work resists the polished, mass-produced aesthetic of fast fashion in favor of raw form, subtle eros, and enduring craft.
