 All sales are final. Payment secures your order and, for custom work, covers time, materials, and development.

3. No Refunds or Exchanges

All items are final sale.

No refunds, exchanges, or store credit will be issued for change of mind, fit, or preference.

4. Custom Work

Custom pieces are made based on the agreed design at the time of purchase. Changes may not be possible once production has begun. Custom work is an iterative process and timelines may vary.

5. Client Responsibility

Custom/commissioned orders require timely communication, including measurements, confirmations, and feedback. Delays may impact or prevent completion.

 6. Abandoned Orders

 If required information or communication is not received within 60 days, the order will be considered inactive.

 If no follow-up occurs within 120 days, the order is considered abandoned and closed.

Abandoned orders are not eligible for refund, credit, or transfer.

7. Production & Variations

Each piece is handmade and may include slight variations. These are part of the nature of the work and not considered defects.

8. Liability
